There is no hesitancy that Judi Dench is one of the reputable artists in the movie industry. She has been able to spellbind the viewers for more than 60 years. However, now, as her eyesight is deteriorating, she has hinted to quit acting.

During the early 2010s, she was diagnosed with muscular degeneration. It results in vision loss at a steady pace. At times, people can lose their complete vision.

Recently, she was asked about her upcoming projects. Regarding that, she said that she is not able to see at all. So, it is becoming difficult for her to memorize the script. As a result, she is taking her from her friends to memorize the lines. She is doing so by listening to the lines repeatedly. She also said that she has a photographic memory. Hence, it is more problematic for her to remember the lines if she is not able to see them.
