Nishant Dev And Deepak Bhoria Will Join Hussamuddin In The World Boxing Quarters
Three Indian Boxers have made the country proud and have received the opportunities to ensure themselves and their country a medal at the World Boxing championship at Tashkent. Bhoria again gave an impressive performance with his skill by getting the better of China’s boxer Zhang in the pre-quarterfinals. Even though he won the fight by a unanimous margin of 5-0, it was still very tough. He played well and kept attacking Chinas Zhang at Bay while he landed all of his punches in the most accurate manner.
Even though the first round of the game was close, our player stepped up in the second round and won by 5-0, putting China Zhang under much pressure in the final round. He kept scoring, and his game showed urgency while finishing a number of his punches.

Bhoriya has also won against 2021 world champion Saken Jaise hi Bibossinov 5-2, the Tokyo Olympics bronze medalist in his previous round. Now he will back himself against Diushebaev Nurzhigit of Kyrgyzstan in the quarters. His entry in the semi-finals will confirm him a medal.
He stated that he tried to get early momentum in his recent match and strategized his moves to lure his opponent before striking the needed accurate punches. He also stated that he is working towards giving his best in the next match and will ensure a medal for India.
As Nishant Dev won by RSC(Referee Stopped Bout) in his match against Goaqahaa Nidal of Palestine while serving through his pre-quarterfinals. The player also landed some solid blows in the first round of the match, which proved he, as a player, worked enough in his favour. In the next quarter, he will be facing Jorge Cuellar of Cuba. The player who also lost in the quarter-finals in the 2021 edition is anticipating making amends this time.
Hussamuddin, 57 kg, also considered a seasonal player, will be facing J Diaz Ibanez of Bulgaria for his place in the semis. He has been a CWG medalist twice and has shown fine form in this tournament. He has also won all of his three bouts by a unanimous margin.
Nishant also showed great domination in the match as he spent less than a minute in the boxing ring before he was declared the winner of the match. This Indian Southpaw player was mostly reserved towards body blows before he made a strike to Nidal with a powerful right hook that even compelled the referee to give Nidal his first standing count in the match.
And after a few seconds of the start of the match, Nishant unleashed a combination of left-right hooks, and the opponent player Nidal fell on the Canvas, which forced the referee to give him the second count before stopping the match. Now Indian player Nishant will be playing quarter-finals against Jorge Cuellar of Cuba. The expectation from this player is very high in all his upcoming matches.
